Nothing in these Terms authorizes Empower Financial Solutions LLC to collect fees in violation of applicable federal or state law.

Where applicable, credit-repair services are subject to federal and state restrictions concerning advance payment and timing of payment.

Your specific service agreement will control the applicable pricing, payment schedule, and services purchased.

8. WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT

Where required by law, services will be provided pursuant to a separate written agreement containing required disclosures, service descriptions, payment terms, cancellation rights, and other legally required information.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms of Service and a signed client service agreement, the applicable written client agreement will control with respect to the specific services purchased.
